L1/L2 Ecosystems — Combined Industry Audit
An industry-level rollup audit aggregating PR tracker volume + tier-1 share, KOL mindshare (10k+ creators), and ecosystem depth (dApps, press-attached dApps, institutional investor count) across seven L1/L2 ecosystems. Identifies the chains with independent earned coverage (Optimism, Base, Solana), the chains with the deepest dApp ecosystems (NEAR), the multi-chain investor shortlist (Coinbase Ventures, Dragonfly, Pantera), and three cross-OS moves — PR OS tier-1 close, Influence OS spend discipline, Growth OS multi-chain VC outbound.
What this audit answers. Across 7 L1/L2 chains, who has independent earned coverage vs. who runs on owned announcements? Where is creator mindshare actually distributed, and where is institutional capital concentrating? This page is the industry rollup that the individual chain desks (NEAR, Sui, BNB, Solana, Polygon, Optimism, Base) cite.
What it does not cover. X impressions, Reddit thread metrics, TikTok completion, paid engagement. These are platform-paid reads and are excluded per AuditOS source feasibility rules. Missing reads render as n/m, never as zero.

Methodology
- Sources: AuditOS PR tracker (DuckDB), Influence OS (DuckDB), ecosystem fundraises index, investor cross-chain index. All public, all deduplicated.
- PR SOV: 60% absolute article count vs cohort max, 40% tier-1 share. Capped 100. Tier-1 = Bloomberg, FT, WSJ, CNBC, Reuters, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, The Information.
- KOL Mindshare: distinct creator handles with min-followers 10k covering the chain in public SERP/news observation. Higher count = broader, more redundant narrative distribution.
- Ecosystem Depth: 50% dapp count, 30% press-attached dapps (proof of independent coverage), 20% known institutional investor count.
- Caveats: PR SOV is observed coverage, not total media universe. KOL Mindshare is handle count, not engagement rate (X impressions excluded). Ecosystem Depth includes only dApps surfaced by the AuditOS directory; off-chain L2s and alt-VMs may undercount.
