How we
execute.

Three playbooks that unlock rankings and AI citations: crawl access, on-page structure, and answer-first writing.

Technical SEO & crawl

Bot access, consoles, CWV, robots parity, index hygiene.

Steps

  1. Fetch key URLs as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot
  2. Submit sitemap in GSC + Bing; fix coverage errors
  3. Keep AI crawler rules disallowing /admin, /cms, /api
  4. CWV: local images over remote framer hosts; protect LCP
  5. Monthly bot re-test logged under /seo/metrics

Definition of done

  • Sitemap processed without critical errors
  • AI bot UAs return 200 on /, /services, /llms.txt
  • Mobile LCP ticketed or green

On-page SEO

Titles, H1, internal links, generateMetadata targets.

Steps

  1. One H1 per page matching primary intent
  2. Unique title + meta from SEO library (generateMetadata on dynamic routes)
  3. Self-referencing canonicals via metadataBase
  4. Internal links: hub → service → case → journal with descriptive anchors
  5. Copy SOT remains data/content.ts; keep llms.txt in sync

Definition of done

  • All indexable routes have unique title + description
  • H1 audit clean
  • Home links to four services + proofs

Answer-first content

AEO/LLMO writing: 40–80 word leads, question H2s, extractable FAQs.

Steps

  1. Lead every major H2 with a 40–80 word direct answer
  2. Write H2/H3 as questions people ask AI and Google
  3. Self-contained FAQ answers; schema must match visible text
  4. Prefer bullets, steps, comparison tables
  5. Outcomes over features; never invent case study metrics

Definition of done

  • Home + four services answer-first under top H2s
  • FAQ JSON-LD matches UI
  • Elmo prompts re-run after publish
